a story that resonates with every individual who has ever
faced a challenge and refused to be defined by it.
My Journey
Life and careers are not a straight path - I am a testament to that.
I started my academic journey on what some may call a rocky path. After failing my public exam, I found myself in an associate degree program. But I refused to let it define my future.
Fuelled by determination and ambition, I studied relentlessly and, within a year, transferred into an Accountancy Degree program. I graduated with a CGPA of 3.05, not the highest score, but a victory in its own right, given the journey I had undertaken.
On my quest for employment, I faced another steep mountain. I applied to over 100 companies, facing rejection after rejection.
But with each 'no', I grew stronger, honed my interview skills, and deepened my determination.
My efforts did not go in vain, I was eventually offered with 9 Management Trainee and Graduate positions.
My Professional Path
My career has been a thrilling ride across various sectors and roles, including a Chinese bank covering Real Estate, US Private Equity, and Energy, to a US Bank's Digital Banking division, then to a Listed Real Estate Developer specializing in Asset Management.
I took these experiences and channeled them into my current roles - as a Corporate Coverage Banker and transaction Banking Product Manager in the largest EU Bank, and as the Founder and Executive Coach of MT2.0, where I guide individuals across the Banking, Real Estate, Big4 & Consulting, and FMCG sectors.
